Customer Service Assistant

Join our growing team and assist with day-to-day customer service operations, handling enquiries, orders, and client communication across multiple channels.

Things you will be doing:

✅ Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media
✅ Assisting customers with orders, quotes, and product information
✅ Managing enquiries and updating customers on order status
✅ Coordinating pickups and deliveries with customers
✅ Following up on orders and informing customers when orders are ready
✅ Coordinating with the design, shop, and workshop teams
✅ Updating order details accurately in the system
✅ Providing a professional and friendly customer experience
✅ Handling basic administrative tasks related to orders and enquiries

Candidates must be:

  • Friendly with a positive attitude
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English (Maltese is considered an asset)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple enquiries and order updates
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player willing to take initiative
  • Responsible and reliable

All necessary training will be provided.
