Join our growing in-house design team in Gozo and work as a Graphic Designer creating accurate, print-ready artwork for real products, including garments, signage, embroidery, and custom promotional items.

Things you will be doing:

✅ Creating accurate print-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW
✅ Preparing artwork for garment printing, embroidery, CNC cutting, and large-format printing
✅ Designing and adapting customer-approved artwork for different products
✅ Checking artwork accuracy before printing or production
✅ Preparing files for CNC cutting / laser cutting when required
✅ Making revisions based on customer feedback
✅ Working closely with customer service, printing & workshop teams
✅ Managing multiple design jobs and deadlines daily
✅ Maintaining organised design files and production folders
✅ Creating mock-ups for customer approval when required
✅ Occasionally assisting with simple social media visuals when required

Candidates must be:

• Have proven experience using Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW
• Be able to create mock-ups for customer approval
• Be able to prepare accurate print-ready files
• Be detail-oriented and organised
• Be able to work under deadlines
• Have good communication skills with customers and internal teams
• Be reliable and responsible

Experience with Canva or social media content creation is considered an asset, but not required.

Experience in a print or production environment is considered an asset.
