HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

All orders with personalization will be shipped/delivered within 3-5 business days.  Pick up orders are usually ready within 1-2 business days.

If you have a specific delivery time frame or a deadline to meet, please let us know at the time you place your order and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

 

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping fees are based on your order total.  Please view our Delivery Options

 

 

CAN YOU SHIP DIRECTLY TO A RECIPIENT?

Yes, after entering your Customer Information you will have the opportunity to enter your recipient name and address information.

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Customize Nation your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. We want your order to be made just the way you want it!  We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your customization and order details before submitting your order.  Check spelling, dates and names carefully.  Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. 

 

 

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT IF I ORDER IN QUANTITIES?

Yes, Customize Nation offers discounts based upon the quantities of each gift purchased. Please contact us via e-mail message to [email protected] for your personalized quote.

 

 

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production team so that we may offer fast service.  Therefore, cancellations or changes to personalized orders are not permitted. If you’ve made a mistake and need to re-order, we’ll gladly offer you a 25% discount to do so.

 

 

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal as well as bank deposits and cheques.  

 

 

CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER?

Yes, if your deadline is quickly approaching, please advise us your delivery date requirements at the time you place your order. We will make every possible effort to ensure that your delivery date is met.

 

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We closely monitor each order we receive to ensure proper inspection and packaging prior to shipping. In the event that your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us by phone at 21569530 or e-mail message to [email protected] and we will immediately remedy the situation.

 

 


HOW DO I USE MY COUPON OR GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE?

If you have a coupon and/or a gift certificate code, have the code handy when placing your order online. Our system will ask you for the code during the checkout process. Once you go through the process of finalizing your order the system will deduct the value of your coupon and/or gift certificate from your order.
